Hiya! I've been the Youth Minister here at St. Michael's for about a year and a half, and its already been an adventure since day one. I was previously a core member for four years. I grew up at St.Michael's and I consider it my second home. St. Michael's and I have many memories together and many more to come! These group of young individuals a.k.a the teens are a special bunch of characters. Each one with their own unique gifts, talents, and personalities. Teens come and go but the thing that never changes is their LOVE for God. We as humans throughout our life time will be constantly searching for something bigger than ourselves. One of the great things about teens is that they are still so innocent that they are able to see God more easily than adults. Both Core and Teens are growing together and it is an amazing sight to see!!
I love Jesus and the Catholic Church, and I love my job. It's fascinating (and humbling) to get paid to spread the truth of the gospel and hang out with the coolest teens in the metroplex. I look forward to what God has planned for me, this ministry, and St. Michael's as a parish. He's got style, so I bet it's going to be more than I could ever imagine. I can't wait!
